Responsibilities

This role is primarily dedicated to the Health Plan service lines working closely with lead designers to produce graphics, collateral and digital assets. Develops and executes creative solutions for a variety of distribution channels that appropriately and effectively target patient segments and uphold the Sanford brand. Produces various collateral, including advertisements, newsletters, brochures, forms, posters and other related projects for Sanford. Collaborates within the design team and greater marketing team to conceptualize and produce appropriate solutions for a target audience. Communicates effectively with a variety of clients. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Demonstrates flexibility and time management, practicing it efficiently on a daily basis. Remains knowledgeable on computer hardware and software and / or equipment advancements. Remains skillful in printing and graphics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably from an accredited institution in graphic design, commercial art, industrial illustration, fine arts or a related field.
• Two years graphic design experience required, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• Proficiency in computer-based graphic design including InDesign, Photoshop, QuarkXPress and Illustrator, with ongoing awareness of changes to similar programs.
• Experience in digital photography and output, scanning, archiving, HTML / web site design, layout, printing production, color, typestyles, composition and illustration preferred.
