What You’ll Do
- Lead site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety audits across active project sites.
- Develop and deliver safety training for staff, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with leadership to drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and track performance metrics.
