This role requires flexibility to travel to various project sites as needed.

We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in commercial, multifamily, or light industrial construction. In this position, you'll lead field operations from the ground upensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and up to the company's high standards.

What You'll Do :

• Coordinate Field Activities : Manage and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure Quality : Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
• Streamline Communication : Work closely with the project team to handle RFIs, submittals, and daily coordination.
• Manage Subcontractors : Hold subcontractors accountable for timelines, quality, and contract compliance.
• Solve Problems On-Site : Anticipate and resolve jobsite issues in real-time alongside project management.
• Keep Accurate Records : Maintain daily reports and jobsite documentation.
• Drive Closeout : Oversee punch list completion and project turnover.
