```Experience ```
Psychotherapy and Counseling :Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups.Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.Client Records and Compliance :Maintain accurate and confidential client records.Maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.Communication and Collaboration :Consistent communication with referral sources and / or other providersCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans.Supervision and Growth :Experience oversight from direct supervision of a qualified supervisor.Motivation for continued professional development and growth.To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications :
