Are you ready to challenge the status quo and redefine how pricing drives business success? We're looking for a bold, analytical, and customer-obsessed Pricing Manager to lead transformative pricing strategies for our Light Commercial HVAC business.

In this role, you won't just manage pricingyou'll disrupt outdated models, drive innovation, and lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable impact. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to build pricing strategies that are as dynamic as the markets we serve. This is a hybrid role available in our Syracuse, Charlotte, Indianapolis, and West Palm Beach offices (Syracuse preferred).

Lead the development and execution of disruptive pricing strategies that challenge conventional thinking and drive growth.

Use data-driven insights to optimize pricing models, improve margins, and enhance customer value.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to redefine pricing frameworks that align with evolving market dynamics and customer expectations.

Build and present compelling financial models and market analyses to influence strategic decisions.

Review and negotiate complex bids and contracts with a focus on customer-centric outcomes.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-impact pricing teamfostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Lead and drive digital initiatives aimed at enhancing internal analytical tools and platforms.

Own price position strategy for new product launches and rollouts

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in pricing, negotiation, or strategic finance

3+ years experience with leading change, challenging norms, and delivering results in fast-paced environments

2+ years experience in a people leadership role

2+ year experience involving customer interactions and communications

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Masters Degree

Experience working in an HVAC segment

Experience working in a matrixed organization

Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced Excel capabilities

Experience in contract negotiations, bid strategy, and proposal development

Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Prior leadership experience preferred; SAP knowledge a plus

Pay Range : $109,456 - $191,938 Annually
