We are seeking an adaptable Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Clemmons, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career marketer who is eager to become a multi-disciplined marketing professional. The ideal candidate will be a proactive all-rounder who thrives on managing a variety of marketing and communications projects, with a strong emphasis on tactical digital execution. Under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in bridging our traditional marketing efforts with modern strategies, empowering our sales team and enhancing our brand's footprint across both digital and analog marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and management of general marketing and communications projects from start to finish.

Develop and maintain digital tools like sales enablement & marketing materials for our field sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness.

Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across our digital media channels, such as social and programmatic ad platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and strategy.

Contribute to the creation and optimization of digital content for various platforms, including our website, email campaigns, and YouTube channel.

Ensure all marketing materials adhere to established branding guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality and a consistent creative feel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior leadership, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and report on key metrics.

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of professional experience in a marketing role. (Exceptional candidates with a strong track record of relevant internships during college will also be considered).

Demonstrable understanding of core marketing principles and digital marketing channels with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy.

A strong creative eye, with an understanding of branding and visual communication principles.

A self-starter attitude with a genuine hunger to learn, adapt, and grow across multiple marketing disciplines.

Occasional travel may be required. Up to 10% travel.

Preferred :

Strong business acumen and the confidence to comfortably and professionally interact with senior leaders daily.

Professional experience in a manufacturing or B2B industry setting.

Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).

Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with video content creation or editing for platforms like YouTube.
