Job Focus The BDC Representative answers incoming telephone calls, greets visitors, processes sales inquiries and service requests, manages call transfers, provides administrative support, and maintains customer follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls, schedule appointments, and transfer to appropriate department.
• Follow up with prospective customers via email and website inquiries.
• Manage calls, coordinate schedules of service advisors, and prepare required documentation.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Continuously learn product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and benefits to the customer.
• Establish personal goals consistent with dealership standards, devise strategy to meet goals.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values.
• Support online customers by setting appointments.
