Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Job Focus The BDC Representative answers incoming telephone calls, greets visitors, processes sales inquiries and service requests, manages call transfers, provides administrative support, and maintains customer follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls, schedule appointments, and transfer to appropriate department.
- Follow up with prospective customers via email and website inquiries.
- Manage calls, coordinate schedules of service advisors, and prepare required documentation.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Continuously learn product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and benefits to the customer.
- Establish personal goals consistent with dealership standards, devise strategy to meet goals.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values.
- Support online customers by setting appointments.
Qualifications
1+ years of telephone experience required.3–6 months of previous professional experience with over-the-phone customer service or sales (inside sales, telemarketing, etc.) is a plus.Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills.Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Automotive experience is a plus.Engaging, inquisitive, and curious with an over-aggressive / willing-to-help attitude.Strong drive, passion, confidence, and performance-oriented mindset.Excellent customer satisfaction skills; strong organizational and time management.Professional appearance and work ethic.Self-starter, self-motivated, bilingual a plus.Benefits
