Job Overview : The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team in order to deliver T-Mobile's aspirations of earning a place in our customer's hearts and Mobile Expert success.
Job Responsibilities :
Education and Work Experience : High School Diploma / GED (Required) 1 year customer service and / or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Communication (Required) Leadership (Required) Store Operations (Required) Licenses and Certifications : At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States
Travel : Travel Required (No) DOT Regulated : DOT Regulated Position (No) Safety Sensitive Position (No)
Total Target Cash Pay Range : $57,600 - $96,000, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range : $43,200 - $72,000 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
