FTI Consulting will host a 2-day virtual IMPACT leadership program for selected candidates in Spring 2026. The virtual event will include learning more about opportunities that exist within FTI Consulting, networking with business professionals, enhancing professional development skills, and showcasing skills through various activities. Selected attendees must be interested in a Summer 2027 internship as all attendees will also get priority consideration for Summer 2027 Internships. These traditional internships will take place within our Corporate Finance & Restructuring, Forensic & Litigation Consulting, Technology, Strategic Communications, or Economic Consulting business segments.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree or completing a fifth-year master's program with a graduation date between December 2027 August 2028.
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
• Ability to fully attend both virtual days of programming in Spring 2026
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis as a full-time employee; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
