• In-house day and night shifts available
• Average census of 50 patients managed by team of 12 providers
• Level III NICU facility
• Team includes 4 physicians and 8 APPs per day
• 24 / 7 coverage available for higher acuity patients
• No ECMO or cardiac surgery required
• Coverage schedule includes multiple consecutive day blocks
• Both day shifts (8am - 4pm) and night shifts (4pm - 8am) needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
