Operations Manager

We are currently working with a company that is searching for an Operations Manager that can grow to become their VP of Operations. This is an ideal setting for someone attracted to working in an entrepreneurial environment. This role will be heavily involved with the financial operations of the company. You will be working with the CEO and CFO setting up processes. As the VP of Operations, you will be working closely with the P&L to help control expenses, optimizing resource allocation, and driving strategic initiatives to increase revenue. You will be working closely with the COO to review labor costs, cost of goods, expenses, and develop KPIs to track cost savings processes that are implemented. This role is very data driven. This position is hybrid, working about 4 days onsite with the CFO and CEO in their Coral Gables office, with the remaining 1 day work from home.
