We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Sales to lead the charge in driving revenue and achieving ambitious sales goals at Sonesta Select Miami Lakes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing strategic sales initiatives, setting revenue targets, training and mentoring sales personnel, and generating both new and repeat business across multiple market segments—including corporate, group, and extended stay.
The ideal candidate is a leader, innovator, and hands-on sales professional with a strong work ethic and at least two years of hotel sales experience.
