School Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team near Crowley, TX. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and provide treatment to students with communication disorders, including language, speech, voice, fluency, and pragmatic disorders. You are paid for BOTH direct AND indirect time! We don't believe in working for free.

• Requirements
• Valid TX state licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Passion for providing high-quality therapy and improving student outcomes

• Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of students, in collaboration with school staff and parents.
• Document and maintain accurate and organized records of student progress, assessments, and treatment plans, according to school policies and professional standards.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and other school-based meetings to collaborate with colleagues and ensure that the students' needs are addressed.
• Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in speech language pathology, and integrate this knowledge into the practice to improve services and outcomes for students.
• Maintain professional licensure and certification standards required by the state and national organizations.
