A company is looking for a Director of People Operations to shape and operationalize their People strategy for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Chief People Officer to evolve the People roadmap aligned with business priorities
Lead talent acquisition efforts and optimize core People programs across the employee lifecycle
Design programs that support career progression, DEI, and employee engagement while fostering company culture
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive People / HR experience, including 2+ years in a Director-level role
Proven success in scaling People programs in growth-stage SaaS companies with 100-200+ employees
Experience leading talent acquisition and core People programs such as performance and compensation
Builder mindset with experience creating programs and infrastructure in fast-growing environments
Comfortable using data and market insights to inform strategies and decisions
