Location : Chicago or Dallas or Los Angeles-Homebase with Business trip
We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Manager with a strong background in building and managing dealer networks, ideally within the electric robotic lawn mower industry, encompassing brands such as Husqvarna, Toro, Mean Green, Kubota, Mammotion Luba, Kress, Segway Navimow, or similar. The Channel Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive sales through our dealer partners across the United States.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers across strategic regions in the U.S.
- Provide training, sales support, and promotional programs to enhance dealer capabilities and drive sell-through.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealer organizations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure effective support for dealers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements :
Proven track record as a Channel Sales Manager or similar role, preferably within the electric robotic lawn mower industry.Demonstrated success in establishing and managing dealer networks, achieving sales targets, and driving channel growth.Deep understanding of dealer dynamics, including dealer agreements, incentives, and promotional strategies.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to travel within the United States as required.
