The NOW Massage isnt just a spaits a movement. We deliver a luxury wellness experience, and we need a Sales Closer who can turn every guest into a loyal, paying member.

If you are driven by numbers, thrive in a goal-crushing environment, and know how to sell value over price , we want you. This is not a sit-back-and-smile front desk role. This is a sell, upsell, and re-sell role for a competitive, confident professional who can exceed aggressive monthly sales targets.

Your Mission

• Sell memberships like a pro Convert 50%+ of first-time guests into long-term members.
• Maximize every ticket Upsell service enhancements and retail with ease.
• Follow up and close Use calls, texts, and emails to capture every missed opportunity.
• Crush the leaderboard Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
• Own the front desk as your sales floor Every interaction is a chance to close.

You Are

• A hunter, not a gatherer You go after the sale, not wait for it to come to you.
• Money-motivated Commission lights a fire in you.
• Confident & persuasive You know how to create urgency and overcome objections.
• Disciplined & results-driven You track your numbers and hold yourself accountable.
• Experienced in high-volume sales Hospitality, fitness, luxury retail, or spa sales preferred.
