Loading / Shipping Associate - CPU

Day Shift : 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm Monday-Friday

Starting Wage : $24 / HR

We are looking for Loading / Shipping Associates to join our Customer Pick-Up (CPU) team.

Summary :

The primary function of this position is to safely and effectively work in a team of 3-4 following shipping instructions to hand load sections, track, hardware etc. into the appropriate trailers.

Essential Duties :

• Greet customers with a professional and courteous demeanor as they arrive for their order.
• Know all the products associated with customer order.
• If aware that customer is on their way, find correct order and pre-pull product (E.g., springs, track, struts, vinyl, doors) and transfer to staging area.
• Use safe lifting / loading procedures to manually load product onto customers vehicle.
• Use hand / power tools when needed.

Have prompt and reliable attendance.

Education and Experience :

High School or GED required, and 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred or; an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.

Chop Saw

Section carts

Safety gloves and glasses

ANSI approved work boots or shoes
