We re working with an FQHC facility in Kentucky seeking CRNA coverage starting this June!

Start Dates : Week of 6 / 16

Week of 6 / 30

July - Ongoing needed

Schedule :

Mon Fri, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

5x8s preferred (can do 4x10s, but Fridays are required )

Ongoing need : 5 days / month for 3 6 months

Case Mix : Bread & butter CRNA

Must be able to do OB and bariatric sleeves

Vascular starting soon not required, but a plus

Patient volume varies

EMR : Meditech

Requirements : Active KY license

BC or truly BE

2 3+ years experience

3 recent clinical references from MDs (within last year)

Quick credentialing (2 3 weeks)

Interview directly with the coordinator and get an offer right away

Existing client smooth onboarding
