Patient Service Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative for a Call Center Regional Shared Services position.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and manage front office processes including answering phones and scheduling appointments

Check in patients, collect demographics, verify insurance, and assist with referral processing

Collect co-pays, post charges, and provide information regarding office policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

One year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician office setting
