Manage and review tax engagements for private clients, investment entities, and wealth management portfolios.

Oversee preparation and review of complex individual, partnership, and corporate returns (S Corps, partnerships, etc.).

Provide accounting and budgeting oversight, including financial statement creation and analysis.

Lead and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and accuracy.

Contribute to business development and help grow the client base as part of the partnership track.

Active CPA license (required).

5+ years of public accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of S corps, partnerships, and individual tax planning.

Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow client relationships.

Revenue sharing : Managers earn a percentage of planning fees from clients they bring on.
