School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 2025 / 2026 School Year

\n Schedule :  Full time (31.25 hrs / week) | August 25, 2025 – June 18, 2026

\n Pay Rate : $35 / hr

Connected Health Care, a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a school-based, 1 : 1 role in Worcester, MA. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide direct care and support to a 6th grade student throughout the school day and during transportation.

\n\n Position Highlights : \n\n \n\t

1 : 1 care for a 6th grade student with medical needs

\n\t\n\t

G-tube care required

\n\t\n\t

Bus riding required – morning and afternoon transportation

\n\t\n\t

Work within a supportive school setting focused on student success

\n\t\n\t

Consistent 31.25 hours / week for the full academic year

\n\t\n

Current LPN license in Massachusetts

Experience with G-tube care required

Reliable transportation and ability to ride the school bus with the student
