Finance Manager Responsibilities :
Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveriesGenerate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plansBenchmark each dealership's production goals with the cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of the dealership's F&I goalsMaintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customersFinance Manager Qualifications :
2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager requiredReynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience preferredAbility to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperworkAbility to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goalsBasic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skillsAssociate's degree or bachelor's degree, preferredMileOne Auto group is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free work environment.
