This position is located in Carmel, Indiana and offers a hybrid work schedule. The salary range is $110,240 - $153,668 per year.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include coordinating business relationships, serving on governance councils, being a technology partner and advisor, aligning technology to achieve goals, understanding and explaining business and technical issues, promoting new solutions, developing technology roadmaps, providing executive reporting, managing intake processes, leading teams through change, overseeing activities, facilitating resolution to issues, supporting during crises, contributing to project plans, and advising on technical assessments.

Business and Technical Acumen

Responsibilities also include making sound decisions, resolving complex problems, understanding business needs, working across functional areas, demonstrating ethical standards, using software tools for projects, and understanding Agile project delivery and healthcare applications.

Requirements

Education requirements include a high school diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience or an associate's / bachelor's degree. Additional experience in healthcare technology is preferred.
