Little Learner Children's Academy is a privately-owned child care center and we are searching for a Daycare Regional Director in the Illinois area who will play a crucial role in fulfilling the mission of Little Learner Children's Academy. This role involves providing administrative support, training, and professional leadership to our regional School Leaders. Our Daycare Regional Director will ensure the schools maintain strong relationships with staff, students, and families, fostering community and promoting healthy growth. They will also be responsible for guiding the day-to-day operations of the schools in compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and internal regulations while adhering to high ethical standards.
To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate should be willing to travel within the assigned region up to 75% of the time. Additionally, they should have excellent leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others, and a passion for creating an environment where children can thrive.
