Position Available : Project Safety Advisor- Data Center Construction

Start Date : October 27, 2025

Duration : 1 year

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 50 hours / week

Mobilization : Personal vehicle required

About the Role :

ISS is seeking a proactive and collaborative Project Safety Advisor to support a one-year data center construction project in Hutto, TX. This position is ideal for a field-oriented safety professional who thrives on coaching, communication, and continuous improvement.

You’ll be a key presence during daily field meetings, working alongside trades personnel and project teams to identify risks, promote safe practices, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct proactive safety audits and inspections across the construction site
  • Monitor and report on activities involving electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing, landscaping, and security installation trades
  • Support commissioning and substation work with a strong focus on hazard identification and control implementation
  • Facilitate daily safety meetings and provide coaching to field teams
  • Ensure adherence to project-specific safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Qualifications :

  • Required : OSHA 10 or higher, NFPA 70E certification
  • Preferred : CHST certification, electrical safety experience, and prior data center project experience
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
