Location : 1st floor of GSC inside of day surgery\n\n
Volume : 10 beds\n\n
Patient population : Short stay acute care / post-surgical patients. Goal is less than 72 hours stay\n\n
Staffing : 2 nurses and 1 PCT / HUC. Charge RN shared with TCU\n\n
Ratio : 5 : 1\n\n
Staff will primarily work in SSU, but will have the opportunity to work in TCU (Transitional Care Unit) as well\n\nYou will experience a fast-paced environment working with multiple patients requiring a variety of care needs while assisting in the organized placement to the appropriate care area.\n\nIf you are an experienced Med / Surg or ER RN (Registered Nurse) this is a great place to use all your skills!
