Responsibilities :

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility

Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents and families

Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards

Qualifications :

Active CNA certification in the state of Delaware

Experience in long-term care or subacute settings preferred

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
