job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage scheduling : Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime Lead and Develop Security Teams : Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations Enhance Client Relationships : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies : Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence : Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies) 8 years active service in any military branch or law enforcement Bachelor's degree in law enforcement or criminal justice Proven interpersonal and communication skills required Previous leadership experience in Military or Law Enforcement Strong written and communication skills Crisis management experience Microsoft Office skills Proven experience with management / evaluation / development / motivation of staff Flexible Schedule available weekend as needed Documented instructor certification through a certifying agency (Unarmed Guard Trainer, CPR, etc.) Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others and employ coaching and problem solving techniques. Previous formal training in management, human relations, interpersonal communication skills, labor and criminal laws, and emergency response. Proven experience with management / evaluation / development / motivation of staff. Ability to supervise subordinates through the transmission of values, standards and culture with an understanding of their influence on others. Possess effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and recognizes the need for communicating differently with different people. College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field Law enforcement, military, and / or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience Aptitude with security systems : CCTV, access control, and badge administration Graduate of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter / Paramedic, Corrections Officer) Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
