Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us in delivering innovative technology solutions for a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. In this role we're looking for solutions-focused candidates who thrive providing excellence to clients and have experience managing teams of technical personnel to build solutions and systems. The ideal candidate is a creative and hands-on leader, with experience managing teams in digital transformation and implementation efforts. You will be a client-facing advisor, coach, mentor, and an accountable manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment.

Contributions

• Serving as a delivery leader, accountable for completion of team delivery efforts including quality oversight, visibility into delivery targets, and client acceptance
• Supporting delivery operations, building and maintaining client relationships, fostering and promoting innovative thinking across the client environment.
• Developing and leading teams through solution prototyping, development, and deployment - from hands-on proposal technical support to prototyping client implementations and complete production deployment.
• Manage a larger delivery team of approximately 20-25 people.
• Manage budget, time, and resources for delivery team.
• Handling challenging client situations and offering guidance & direction to client executives.

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $175,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
