Salary : $17 / hr + commission

A Group Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, overseeing and being accountable for the operations of a designated store footprint, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, Connected Home product sales, inventory management, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Oversee the operations, sales, and performance of retail stores within a region.

Manage 2-3 store locations.

Conduct bimonthly sales meetings with store leaders.

Review store P&L statements and calculate monthly store bonuses.

Maintain strategic recruitment practices to ensure adequate staffing levels in retail stores.

Monitor sales activities and feedback surveys to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods, providing coaching to store leaders as needed.

Drive sales, operational, and customer service metrics by motivating store leaders, holding them accountable for team performance and behaviors, and modeling how to give targeted feedback.

Collaborate with store leaders to ensure mastery of sales behaviors and resources, customer service capabilities, and deep Connected Home product knowledge. Ensure that the Serve, Solve (Resolve), and Sell method is integrated into every customer interaction.

Use data to identify trends and develop action plans to improve sales and operational performance, aligning with uBreakiFix by Asurion's Core Values.

Instruct store leaders on handling difficult and complex situations.

Conduct ongoing coaching sessions with employees to ensure alignment with company culture, processes, and activities are aligned with uBreakiFix by Asurion's values

Conduct quarterly Partnership and Operational store assessments.

Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leaders to discuss overall store performance.

This position includes supervisory responsibilities.

The role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers / scanners.

The physical demands described are representative of those necessary to perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing duties, the employee must regularly converse or hear. The employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaches with hands and arms.

This is a full-time position with workdays typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. Hours may vary.

Employees must be able to travel daily between assigned locations.
