We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time at our office in Palm City FL. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing high-quality comprehensive patient care to join our team with plenty of shopping and outdoor activities year-round. Ideally, we need a compassionate, yet driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in our Primary care practice along with our fantastic team. While we have many supervisory physicians on staff, we need a PA / NP with primary care experience, who can jump right in and see patients with minimal / no supervision.

Duties :

• Patient Consultation- review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records / imaging, and reason for visit
• Consult with referring Physicians / Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
• Order and review diagnostic imaging / bloodwork and additional labs as needed
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Educate patients on diagnosis, potential treatment options, and lifestyle changes
• Documentation / progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, and chart patient’s progress
• Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
• Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude

Requirements :

Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program

PA / NP License in FL

Must have primary care experience
