LHH is looking for a compassionate and organized Patient Coordinator to make a real impact in the lives of patients and their families.

What You’ll Do :

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage check-ins, insurance info, and walk-in registrations
  • Collect copays and schedule follow-ups
  • Answer calls and support patient experience programs
  • Help the RCM team with patient documentation

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license & clean record
  • Bilingual (Spanish) – preferred
  • 1+ year in a medical office
  • EMR experience (NextGen preferred)
  • Knowledge of insurance, billing & coding

    • 📍 Location : Onsite | Training at Escondido

    🕒 Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM

    💼 Type : Contract-to-Hire

    💰 Pay : $21–$24 / hr DOE
