Product Manager II, Google Maps Last Mile

In this role, you will be responsible for synthesizing an understanding user needs, the market for geospatial data, technological capabilities, and the interests of multiple stakeholders into a coherent roadmap to drive impact over the short and long term in terms of more successful user trips for Google Maps and developers who build on our platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in guiding every user to their destination across Google Maps and Developer APIs by owning the key geospatial data / logic used in end-of-trip routing
• Set the strategy to enhance and maintain a geospatial database of destination-related information including entrances, parking, and other last mile details
• Design and launch new systems to process complex information like street parking restrictions and turn them into delightful user experiences, in collaboration with Consumer teams
• Identify and tailor experience to support specific developer use cases like delivery rideshare pick up, and more, in collaboration with Geo Developer teams
• Define and measure the impact of your work including executive-level communications, metrics definition, and team-level dashboards
