Job Description

As a Security Officer - Financial Dispatch Operations in Farmington, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities from a central command post. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, responding to incidents, and supporting on-site teams to help to deter potential issues. You will utilize technology and strong customer service skills to provide a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
