Field Sales Representative

Are you a high-energy, outgoing individual who loves interacting with people? If so, we're looking for you! KeyMe Locksmiths is seeking dynamic Field Sales Representatives to promote our convenient car key duplication service in major US retail locations. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of KeyMe, engaging with customers and driving sales. Pay Rate : $25.00 per hour with incentives to make more! + $17 / hour with $8 / key sold incentive

Responsibilities

Proactively approach customers to introduce them to KeyMes on-the-spot car key duplication service. Educate customers on the benefits of our service and persuade them to purchase duplicate keys. Smoothly transition the customer to our technician for key duplication. Utilize promotional materials and giveaways to generate excitement and interest in KeyMes services. Assist with inventory management tasks, such as tracking stock levels of key blanks, fobs, and other essential supplies. Set up and break down marketing materials, flags, and signs. Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any potential concerns.

Qualifications

You possess a natural ability to connect with people and enjoy striking up conversations. You can effectively convey the benefits of our service and close sales. You are driven to achieve sales goals and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You are committed to providing a positive customer experience. Basic technical proficiency and comfort using tablets and POS systems. Ability to think critically and solve problems independently. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Able to commute to different retail locations within the area. Able to stand for long periods of time to engage with customers and walk from different sales and service locations within the parking lot / store.

Additional Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Able to work a WednesdaySunday schedule (off Monday & Tuesday). Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Must pass a background check. Willing to travel throughout the market and its surrounding areas.
