Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Associate Consultant to support our team in delivering digital transformation solutions to our clients. As part of our global team, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in IT and digital transformation. Smart fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and develop their skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile and web applications.
  • Support the implementation of cloud-native, serverless solutions using AWS technologies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features for applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to discussions on solution design.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across different environments.
  • Continuously improve by learning emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role OR smart, motivated fresh graduates with relevant skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication in an international team environment.
  • Familiarity with Flutter, Dart, and mobile or web application development.
  • Knowledge of Javascript, TypeScript and Node.js for back-end development.
  • Willingness to learn and work with AWS services such as Amplify, Lambda, CDK, API Gateway, EventBridge and more.
  • Interest in database design and structuring data for scalability and performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and take direction from senior consultants.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
