We're looking for a talented Defense Attorney in Atlanta, GA with 2+ years of direct experience to join their General Liability team.

Role Overview

  • Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial?
  • Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests?
  • Can you take and defend depositions?
  • Can you represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings?

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Premises liability, professional liability, employment, transportation experience is a plus
  • Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
  • Admitted to practice law in Georgia
  • Base Salary + Bonus (transparent, achievable)
  • IRA plan with company contribution
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance
