Operations Lead

Schedules Available :

1st shift : $20 / hr.

2nd shift : $21 / hr.

Monday - Thursday

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately receive, input, and process products, including customer returns, trade-ins, salvage devices, undelivered items, and repairable cores.
• Inspect, sort, count, scan, pack, label, and move products throughout the facility while following departmental and company guidelines.
• Prepare and ship products, including completing documentation, updating databases, and reconciling against packing lists.
• Safely operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment to move and store products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Follow business needs by lifting, standing, or sitting as required and disposing of scrap and accessories properly.

Qualifications : Entry level / lead role; must have lead experience, Excel, computer experience, team leading, warehouse experience, and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
