We're seeking outgoing, compassionate individuals to join us as Community Relations Representative, helping bring important causes to life through dynamic awareness and fundraising events.

As a Community Relations Representative, you'll receive hands-on training in communication, outreach strategies, and our partner charities’ missions. You'll represent inspiring causes at local events, spark meaningful conversations, and motivate support that fuels lasting change. Key Responsibilities of the Community Relations Representative :

• Actively engage with the public at local events to raise awareness and educate attendees about youth-focused charities and their impact.
• Share powerful stories and key messages that motivate interest, involvement, and support.
• Lead and assist with on-site fundraising efforts, encouraging donations while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Represent Zeal TN and its charity partners with enthusiasm, respect, and a strong sense of purpose.
• Build lasting connections with potential donors, volunteers, and community allies to expand awareness and engagement.
• Quickly learn and confidently share in-depth knowledge of each charity’s mission, programs, and successes.
• Collect and record contact information from interested individuals to support future outreach efforts.
• Hand out brochures and event materials while answering questions and sparking curiosity.
• Maintain thorough documentation of event activity, donor data, and outcomes to ensure accountability and improvement.
• Work seamlessly with teammates and event staff to deliver smooth, successful event experiences that achieve fundraising goals.
