Hospital Pharmacist - Travel Position
Location : Wichita Falls, TX
Job Type : Travel Contract
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : 5x8s, Weekdays with every third weekend required
Pay : $2681 / week
Required Certifications & Competencies
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) – Required as applicable
- CHEMO (Chemotherapy) – Required as applicable
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – Required as applicable
- EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) – Required as applicable
- ENPC – Required as applicable
- NIH Stroke Certification – Required as applicable
- Medication Test / Pharmacology Competency Exam – Must meet or exceed passing score
- Competency Exam – Must meet or exceed passing score
- Tech Cert Verification (National) – Required within 30 days of start
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement – Required, update annually
- State License Verification – Required within 30 days of start
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) – Required within 30 days of start
