Health Saviours is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Essex, Maryland.

Job Title : Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care

Location : Essex, MD

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8-hour Days (7 : 00am-3 : 30pm)

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1+ years

Certifications : BLS – required

Licensure : Active RN license

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and physician orders.

Administer medications and treatments accurately, while monitoring for side effects and therapeutic response.

Conduct ongoing assessments of residents’ health status and promptly report changes to physicians and supervisors.

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality and continuity of care.

Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.

Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all nursing interventions and observations.

Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families regarding care and treatment.

Respond effectively to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
