Bricks 4 Kidz South Bay is currently looking for an Afterschool STEM Instructor for our hands-on after-school programs who love to engage with kids, using FUN, inspiring, hands-on methods, to teach kids STEM, using LEGO bricks, motors, and battery packs. You bring the experience of working with the kids, and we will teach you to build with LEGO bricks, in a fun and engaging way. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK BETWEEN THE HRS OF 1 : 30 AND 4 : 30 PM

ABOUT YOU

• You love playing with Legos and kids!
• You have a flexible schedule and DON'T NEED MORE THAN 15 hours a week
• You are energetic, patient, disciplined
• You are comfortable teaching and controlling a SMALL class of elementary-aged students
• Willingness to drive to various locations (all in the South Bay)

If you enjoy working with children aged 4 - 11 and need a part time position this job opportunity is for you! Hours can vary from 7 - 15 hours per week during the school year, and up to 30 hours per week, during the summer.

Job Type : Part-time

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is + $20 / hr

Perfect for students, aspiring teachers, retirees and those in search of a flexible schedule working a couple of hours per day with elementary-aged children.

Pay : + $20.00 per hour
