Foreign Trade Zones Specialist

A company is looking for a Foreign Trade Zones Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit required documentation, including the FTZ Annual Report and annual reconciliation

Execute FTZ operations, including daily processing of zone transactions and managing inventory control systems

Conduct audits of FTZ records and develop internal operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Compliance, International Transportation, Logistics, or related fields

Basic understanding of international shipping documents

High proficiency with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
