Role Overview : We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Castle Rock clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.

  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Position Details :

  • Shift : Full-Time, In-Person
  • Location : 815 S. Perry St. #200, Castle Rock, CO 80104
  • Schedule :  4x10-hour days, Monday–Friday OR Tues-Fri, 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (No weekends)
  • Pay Range :  $70,000 – $100,000
  • Sign-On Bonus : $2,500
  • Guarantee : Pay is bi-weekly, and we guarantee your full compensation for the first 30 days of employment to ensure a smooth and supported start.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.
  • Provide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disorders.
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.
  • Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid DORA license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's)
  • Completed PRAXIS
  • Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses
  • Availability to work after school hours
  • 1+ years of experience as an SLP
