• Evening Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a PRN (as-needed) role at our healthcare facility in Baltimore, MD. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high standards of care and safety for patients.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Administer nursing care and monitor patients' health status.\n
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.\n
• Assist in procedures and ensure patients are comfortable and informed.\n
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects.\n
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to facility policies.\n
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and self-care.\n
• Assist with patient assessments and provide feedback on treatment progress.\n
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical moments.\n
• Adhere to all clinical guidelines, regulations, and safety standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n
• Education : Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).\n
• License : Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.\n
• Experience : Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.\n
