Job Summary
The Bilingual Receptionist / HR Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping ensure the office runs smoothly each day. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support to the Human Resources team. Were looking for a proactive, organized, and service-minded professional with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and employees with a professional, positive attitude
- Answer and direct incoming calls in English and Spanishpromptly and courteously
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas
- Conduct monthly office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with coordinating company lunches, meetings, and employee events
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Support HR by preparing new hire orientation, PPE, logging field training, and maintaining employee files
- Assist with the Driver Management Program
- Conduct housekeeping audits, coordinate water delivery, and scheduling shredder pick-ups
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Track and update assigned tasks in Asana
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)2+ years of receptionist or administrative experienceStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entryExcellent communication, customer service, and organizational skillsFriendly and approachable personality with a professional demeanorAbility to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionMust be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 45 lbsCulture Index
