Key Responsibilities
Process incoming mail and prepare documents for scanning
Scan documents to the appropriate location in accordance with the Record Retention Policy
Maintain proper communication with coworkers and supervisors to ensure effective processing methods
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
1-2 years' experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Familiarity with general computer systems, including Microsoft Office and office equipment
Knowledge of physician and hospital operations, compliance, and provider relations
