Job Title : Federal Construction Superintendent - Top Secret Clearance Required. This role will start with a project in Florida, and switch over locally by November.

We are seeking an experienced construction Superintendent to join our client's team as a direct placement to help lead their projects and ensure compliance with rigorous government standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, including tracking expenditures and progress.
  • Perform hands-on work when necessary and ensure proper tool and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and government representatives to address any site-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lead Site Superintendent in construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing projects valued between $1 to $5 million.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with prior experience on DOD sites required.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
