As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible forLotto.coms continuous success by hiring great people, enabling employee growth, and building fun workplaces across all of Lotto.coms departments including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Development and more. In this role, you will work with key stakeholders and organizational leaders to define key hires that will hit the jackpot on our team. What youll do?

• Develop a deep understanding of Lotto.com culture, mission, product, and strategic direction to create a compelling employer brand
• Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and proactively translate that into positive candidate experiences
• Draft job descriptions to fit all position specifications and qualifications
• Manage job postings across the Applicant Tracking System, careers page, and various other job boards
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
• Perform initial phone screenings of candidates; providing more detailed information about the role and gauging candidate experience for the position
• Lead candidates through the entirety of the Hiring process including scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and streamlined experience for the candidates
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and candidate selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Build Processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come
• Perform reference checks as needed
• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees
