Job Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the past 4 years) .

Education : Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree required; BSN preferred .

Licensure : Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license if relocating).

Certifications :

BLS (Basic Life Support) – required prior to start.

NIH Stroke Scale Certification – required

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – required

Benefits

Schedule and Unit Details

Shift : Nights (7p–7a), Rotating Weekends.

Unit : Pulmonary Unit – 45 beds.

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 7 : 1.

On-Call : None.

Note : Candidates must live within 60 minutes of the facility. In-person interviews (including shadowing or unit tour) are required prior to offer.

Compensation and Benefits

• Comprehensive Benefits Package

Shift Differentials :

Nights : +$4.25 / hr

Weekends : +$3.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 (Days)

$25,000 (Nights)
